  • As a community space, we want to make sure it and everyone involved is kept safe and honored for their contributions. In that spirit, the following are the guidelines we ask all events to fall within. Do you agree willingly on the following ten points?

    1. If you are hosting a ticketed event, we offer a revenue share model on tickets sold of 40% for Queer Arts Featured and 60% to you. 
    2. Please provide your own materials if any are needed to facilitate your event.
    3. Please be prepared to manage your full operations. 
    4. If you need consent forms for your attendees, please attach below or be prepared to provide upon booking of your event.
    5. Please provide a picture of your government ID (below the upload). 
    6. We try to achieve a quota of $250 per hour revenue to help with the space rental and keeping it for the community with the proceeds from this event. 
    7. The content you are sharing and/or your brand does not promote harm, hate, or violations to the prosperity of all living beings. 
    8. We have a 0 tolerance policy for drug use at the space. 
    9. We volunteer to support the space, so we will expect your support in marketing it. We try and post on on our instagram, website (as relevant), and run the eventbrite.
    10. Our current regulations in the space are as follows:
      1. No events after 10 PM
      2. No selling of alcohol 
      3. We provide hot and cold water, but cannot accommodate cooking.
      4. We have back-of-house space to prepare catering if needed. You are responsible for cleanup after your event. If you need additional or professional cleaning, we can arrange a cleaning service in advance at your own expense, or built into the ticket price.
