Are you considering making a change to the exterior of your home? Your home improvement must comply with the Lake Heather Oaks Declaration of Restrictions (primarily Articles V & VII), which may be accessed through our website www.lakeheatheroaks.org. Changes also need to be in compliance with County Codes. Please fill out the necessary information below regarding what you are planning to do and submit the form. If applicable, please attach a copy of your lot survey, drawing, sketch, paint swatches, samples, brochures or other documents. The Architectural Review Committee (ARC) has 10 business days to respond from the receipt of your properly completed form (with all necessary attachments). What EXTERIOR work is being considered? **
- Painting House Exterior - Even if the color is the perceived as the same, you must provide color or number choice from palette, as well as a picture of your house and where the colors will be used. - New Roof - must provide color and picture
- Change of Driveway or Exterior Walkways
- Fencing - must comply with Deed Restrictions for height and material
- Large Landscaping Projects: Removing Large Trees - This requires a permit from the County. If removing, the complete tree should be removed and the stump should not be visible.
- Front Door - include the color you are painting it in proposed work section below
- Replacing windows or garage door - include color and picture
- Adding an outside structure (i.e. shed) This MUST be same color as home and behind fence to backyard. Design, location, and picture must be included
