    The Company: CP Adventure

Customers: Any adult booking a visit to Santa's Cabin on behalf of a group.

Places are allocated on a first come first served basis. By submitting a booking the customer represents to us that they have the authority to make the booking on behalf of a group and that they accept that the booking is subject to these Terms of Service. A contract exists as soon as the booking is confirmed, either via email or through our Online Booking Service Provider. Customers should check the details of their booking carefully and promptly to ensure that it accurately reflects the arrangement they have requested. They should immediately inform the company of any discrepancies. No child may book or attend without an accompanying adult. When booking, the customer is declaring to be a parent / guardian of the child/children they are booking on behalf of.

All prices are subject to change. In order to secure a booking the full amount is due at the time of booking. The company reserves the right to cancel any booking without prior notice if full payment has not been made in accordance with these conditions.

Customer's responsibility: For group bookings, we ask that the entire group is made aware of the booking conditions and each person’s consent (parents consent for minors-under age 18) is given prior to activities.

All sales are final and non-refundable. Transfers to alternative days/time slots in the same calendar year can be arranged with a minimum of 72 hours notice. Alternatively, in the event no available time slot is suitable, tickets may be transferred to a new customer. Again, notice of at least 72 hours must be provided in this circumstance. Customers will be limited to one free transfer on their order. Any additional transfers will incur a €5 administrative fee.

The company reserves the right to cancel or reschedule a visit at any time without any prior notice where we believe it is necessary due to unsuitable conditions. Rescheduling a visit, for example due to weather, is not a cancellation. If a visit has to be cancelled by the company, customers have the option to book into another visit or to get a full refund.

The customer will permit for basic First Aid to be administered by a member of staff or by a qualified medical practitioner and in case of a medical emergency for a medical practitioner to provide emergency treatment and/or medication.
