2a. GOLD Package Only:- Please confirm if SWS to manually reply Google only ‘thank-you’ for NEW on-going positive reviews OR you (client) wants to do so personally?*

5b. FOR SILVER/GOLD Package Dear client. Please note that some of the social media sites could lose their connection to our backend server (outside SWS control). e.g. if you change the pw, etc. If you find your reviews have stopped being marketed anytime in future to your social media accounts, simply click on the social media connection link to reconnect them. Please confirm this is understood:

5c. FOR SILVER/GOLD Package :- Reviews Marketed are based on how they are sent to CRM via the platform where the review is. Hence for any spelling errors/special character issues on review images marketed this would be how its sent to our CRM. So if you want any ammended/deleted please do so and advise us. Kindly confirm this has been understood.

5d. FOR SILVER/GOLD Package :- 4 and 5 Star reviews get auto marketed to Google/Social Sites by our system. Any 4 or 5 Star review you dont wish marketed you would need to notify us to remove from our back end server. If any have gone live they can be deleted at a later stage.

6) Next open the folder 1 and go through the 'Review collection options' and ‘Links for reputation service'

7a. Understood how to collect Feedback and that you need to educate your clients that its a 2-step process. Reviews will go live when if the positive feedback is posted by them.

7b. Do you want to collect your clients/customers phone numbers and addresses on your feedback pages? This information will be below the email field. If we include it, be advised that those fields will be required for the form to be submitted.

8a. Which of the below do you plan to use for collecting feedback as the MAIN default option? You can use more than one option if you wish
