    IMPORTANT: Please read through the VENDOR GUIDELINES (located on the "Become a Vendor" page of the BHM website) prior to filling out this application. 

    ALL selected vendors must donate 24 vendor specific coupons to VIP bags (free item, free item with purchase, free treat, percentage off, something FUN!, etc.)

    By applying to BHM you agree to this and will be held responsible for these coupons/items. Coupons/Items will be required to be submitted within 4 weeks of acceptance (unless the item may expire). 

  • Vendors selected to participate are required to be there for ALL Market dates and times. Fall 2024 Market:

    Friday Morning VIP, November 22nd: 9:00 am- 12:00 pm

    Friday evening VIP, November 22nd: 5:30pm-9:30pm

    Saturday Market, November 23rd: 9am-4pm

  • Your vendor fee and application fee are both due with submission of this form.

    Forms submitted without payment will not be considered.

    If you are not selected as a vendor, your payment will be refunded, minus the non-refundable 25.00 application fee (included in the price below).

    *If you are accepted in the "edible" category, you will need to pay a $25 fee to the City for a health form for the market. More details will be shared at acceptance.
