Fill out this form and submit it. After submitting this form, you will be matched with an Awakening Together Minister/Mentor. Within 48 hours of submission, you will receive an email containing suggested dates and times of your mentoring session.

Once a session has been scheduled, and your payment has been made, you will receive Zoom meeting access details for the mentoring session. 

You may wish to request a specific Minister/Mentor based on their bio or on past experience with them. We are unable to guarantee that we will match you with a specific Minister/Mentor, but we will do our best to accomodate your request.

The minimum fee for Mentoring Sessions is $35/hour. Scholarships are available for those whose financial situation prevents them from paying the full fee.

Your personal data collected via this form will be used to match you with a Spiritual Mentor and to maintain records for billing purposes. Awakening Together will share your name, email address and the nature of your spiritual mentoring request with the spiritual mentor to whom you are assigned.
