2025 EXHIBITOR APPLICATION
Applications must be submitted by May 1, 2024 to be considered for acceptance into the 2025 Show.

BOOTH INFORMATION
Applicants may apply for a solo or a collaborative booth. Please submit a written proposal/concept with examples of 5-10 works which demonstrate the exhibition concept (if you are sharing a stand). Shared booths are subject to an additional marketing and promotional surcharge of $3,000. Accepted applicants must exhibit works in their contracted discipline (specific works may be substituted) All works are subject to vetting.

Please include two professional contacts as references such as a dealer, gallery, museum professional, or auction house representative. References may include past or present Winter Show exhibitors as well.

Receipt of this application is the first step in the selection process. Successful applicants will be notified in writing via email by early to mid June, 2024. Booth size and specific pricing will be indicated in the acceptance letter.
Participants in The Winter Show must present genuine works that are of the period they are represented to be and in their original form. Copies and reproductions will not be accepted. Any pieces created post 1974 must be unique, custom, or of a limited edition. All works must be in their original form, be respectful of materials used, and must be offered for sale, with the price displayed on the accompanying label or price list.

Booths are assigned by the Show's Executive Director and are based on availability. Following acceptance, an exhibitor contract will be emailed with an initial invoice for a deposit to secure your place at the Fair. Receipt by the Show of a completed Exhibitor Contract and a rent deposit confirms the exhibitor's participation in the 2025 edition of The Winter Show.
