• Speakers must acknowledge their availability to present at the Summit in person for 45 minutes - 1 hour between March 30 - April 1, 2025 
  
• Selected speakers who subsequently are not able to attend the Summit must notify the Summit planning committee in writing ([email protected]) as soon as possible.
• If speaker(s) wish to make changes to their proposal, they must notify the Summit planning committee in writing as soon as possible. Changes are subject to review and approval.
• No sessions based on advertising a particular product or service will be accepted.
