  • Thank you so much for your interest in becoming a vendor at our Farmstead Vintage Market Summer Market on July 6, 2024 at Pine Hill Farm at 10910 Hackett Road, Apple Creek, Ohio 44606!

    Our unique outdoor events are juried to provide the best shopping experience for our customers and to allow our vendors to have a successful day without over-saturation in any one category. FVM is known for its one-of-a-kind location, nestled in the backyard of our charming rural farmstead. Our markets are reputable for beautiful booth displays, quality handmade and vintage goods, and a family friendly atmosphere. We look at the uniqueness of the product and branding and the quality of the display setup. We do not accept direct sales vendors at this time. If you are new to vendor markets, we suggest you set up a sample display of your items. Please complete the whole application. 

    Completing this application does not guarantee acceptance. If you are accepted as a vendor, you will receive an email invoice. This will serve as your contract. If you are not accepted, you will be placed on a waiting list. Some popular categories fill with returning vendors before we have openings for new ones. We review every application and will never charge an application fee.

    Before applying, please read and agree to the terms and requirements. 

    1. This is a juried event. Vendors are hand selected according to the quality of products and displays we feel will best represent the Farmstead Vintage Market.

    2. We do not accept direct sales vendors, i.e Pampered Chef, Thirty-One, Norwex, Plexus, etc. 

    3. Applicants will be notified when they are accepted. We will email accepted vendors with an invoice which is due upon receipt. Once your invoice is paid, we consider you an official vendor and will start promoting your business and products. In the event that you need to cancel, we do not offer refunds. 

    4. Promotion for each vendor will be posted to our social media pages and our website. Other advertising will include website, flyers in brick and mortars, email mailings, and some publications. Each market will be heavily advertised on social media. Vendors are asked to promote themselves and the market on their social media pages. 

    5. Vendors must supply their own canopy/tent with weights (it gets very windy on the hill so please come prepared). Vendors are responsible for bringing their own displays, tables, chairs, etc. This is an outdoor event, rain or shine. Please be prepared for inclement weather. 

    6. Vendors are responsible for collecting their own sales tax. Sales tax is not the responsiblity of the FVM.

    7. All vendors agree to hold Farmstead Vintage Market and Pine Hill Farm free of all liability due to accidents, injury, and loss or damage of merchandise or equipment. 

    8. Electric hookup is available in very limited quantity and requires an additional charge. Wifi is not available for vendors, so please plan accordingly. 

    9. Please apply only ONCE. Applying more than once will not help your chance of acceptance. 

  • Food Trucks

  • Food trucks are a fan favorite of our markets and complete the whole ambiance of event day. In order to ensure the best experience possible for our customers and vendors, we will invoice the food truck for a $75 booth space. Your mobile trailer or food truck should be self-sustained.
