  • 2026 EXHIBITOR APPLICATION

  • Applications must be submitted no later than May 1, 2025 to be considered for acceptance into the 2026 Show. 

    Applicants will receive notification regarding their application status by mid-summer.

  • Please provide a brief profile of the gallery (include the type of work, period, and price ranges of material in which you specialize).*

  • Please list recent fairs in which your company has particpated. Please indicate number of years of participation and most recent participation date.*

  • BOOTH INFORMATION

  • Applicants may apply for a solo or a collaborative booth. Please submit a written proposal/concept with examples of 5-10 works which demonstrate the exhibition concept (if you are sharing a stand). Shared booths are subject to an additional marketing and promotional surcharge of $3,000. Accepted applicants must exhibit works in their contracted discipline (specific works may be substituted) All works are subject to vetting.

  • Please indicate your preferred booth size.* Booth prices range from $155 - $172 per sq. foot depending on size, location, and height of the walls.

  • Please indicate the types of works you intend to exhibit. Discipline(s) indicated below should correspond to the applicant’s known area of expertise.

  • Please upload your exhibition proposal, this may include a specific period, theme, style, or selection of artists for example. *

  • Please upload a detailed document with at least three recent images including booth and/or gallery installation shots that demonstate your presentation standards. (Each file should be no more than 5 MB)*

  • Applicants must include two professional contacts as references such as a dealer, gallery, museum professional, or auction house representative. References may include past or present Winter Show, but should not include members of the Dealers Committee (the full committee may be found here).

  • Application Disclaimer – The Winter Show 2026

    Submitting this application is the first step in the selection process. Applicants selected to participate will be notified in writing via email by mid-June 2025. The acceptance letter will include booth dimensions and pricing details.

    Exhibitors at The Winter Show must present authentic works that accurately reflect their stated period and remain in their original form. Copies and reproductions are will not be accepted. Any works created after 1976 must be unique, custom, or of a limited edition. All works must be in their original form, be respectful of the materials used, and be available for sale, with pricing clearly displayed on labels or price lists. Works exhibited at the Show may not be pre-sold. 

    Important Information:

    • Booth assignments are determined by the Executive Director based on availability. Priority is given to dealers with a long-standing history in the show.
    • Upon acceptance, exhibitors will receive a contract and an initial invoice for a deposit to secure their participation.
    • Participation in the 2026 edition of The Winter Show is confirmed upon receipt of the completed Exhibitor Contract and deposit payment.
