Draft plans: Monthly draft payments will debit on the 15th of each month
Bill plan: Monthly payments are due on the 1st of each month and late after the 10th ($25 late fee applies). Invoices will be received via email on the 1st of each month. Check/Cash payments on this plan are not accepted in the main office.
Discounts and Additional Fees:
Family Discounts: Students in 2K-K5 not eligible. Second Child Discount- $500.00 Third (and all subsequent) Child Discount- $1000.00
Service Discount: Service tuition discount of 5% for Military, Police, EMS, Safety & Security Professionals. Please send identification of service information to the business office at [email protected] to have this discount applied.
Extracurricular Fees: Athletics: $150.00 per child/per sport with the exception of football and shotgun- football and shotgun fees are $250.00 per child/per sport. $300.00 maximum per student, $400.00 maximum for students who participate in shotgun and/or football.
Jr. Civitan: $20.00 per child, Jr. and Sr. Beta Club: $32.00 per child.
Tardy and Student Badge Fees: Tardy fees are assessed at the end of each semester at $5 per tardy over three tardies. Replacement Student ID Badge Fees are $25 each occurrence, $50 after the 3rd replacement.
Parents’ Council Fee: Newberry Academy encourages parents to be active with their child’s education and within our school community. Parents’ Council asks each family to commit to ten hours of volunteer service during the school year or pay a $400.00 fee in lieu of this service time. This fee must be paid by August 29, 2025 for families who choose to pay the fee. Any unearned hours will be billed at $40/hour in the spring.
Withdrawal Policy: Enrollment at Newberry Academy is a contract that requires a financial commitment for the entire school year regardless of attendance or withdrawal, unless prior arrangements have been made with the Head of School. All tuition and fees must be paid in full according to the financial schedule before student records may be released.
