Does Newberry Academy have permission to transport your student by representatives of Newberry Academy to any off-campus events? By agreeing to this statement, Newberry Academy is absolved of any liability stemming from any accident or incident that occurs during transportation.
At Newberry Academy, students in grades 1-12 will receive a Google Workspace for Education account. Google Workspace for Education is a set of educational productivity tools from Google that are managed by school administration. A full copy of the Google Workspace for Education Notice to Parents and Guardians may be accessed on our website under Admissions. *

2025-2026 Tuition and Fees
Tuition has been divided into 12, 11, and 10 month draft plans, and a 10 month bill plan. A copy of the full Financial Schedule is on our website under Admissions.
Tuition Plan Selection- The Bank Authorization ACH form is available on the school website under Admissions, and at the link below. For any family choosing to have tuition drafted, this form is due at the time along with the application. This ACH form may be used for monthly drafts plans or to pay tuition in full, registration, snack fees, and may be kept on file for any future school related charges such as Lunch Bunch and After School programs, Summer Program, athletic and lunch fees, etc. Current families do not need to submit a new auto-draft form each year unless you would like to update your account information. Pay in Full invoices will be sent to families who select this option by early April 2025, and all other tuition plans will be invoiced by early June 2025. Please do not send tuition payments to the school until you have received an invoice. Draft plans: Monthly draft payments will debit on the 15th of each month

Bill plan: Monthly payments are due on the 1st of each month and late after the 10th ($25 late fee applies). Invoices will be received via email on the 1st of each month. Check/Cash payments on this plan are not accepted in the main office.

Discounts and Additional Fees:

Family Discounts: Students in 2K-K5 not eligible. Second Child Discount- $500.00 Third (and all subsequent) Child Discount- $1000.00

Service Discount: Service tuition discount of 5% for Military, Police, EMS, Safety & Security Professionals. Please send identification of service information to the business office at [email protected] to have this discount applied.

Extracurricular Fees: Athletics: $150.00 per child/per sport with the exception of football and shotgun- football and shotgun fees are $250.00 per child/per sport. $300.00 maximum per student, $400.00 maximum for students who participate in shotgun and/or football.

Jr. Civitan: $20.00 per child, Jr. and Sr. Beta Club: $32.00 per child.

Tardy and Student Badge Fees: Tardy fees are assessed at the end of each semester at $5 per tardy over three tardies. Replacement Student ID Badge Fees are $25 each occurrence, $50 after the 3rd replacement.

Parents’ Council Fee: Newberry Academy encourages parents to be active with their child’s education and within our school community. Parents’ Council asks each family to commit to ten hours of volunteer service during the school year or pay a $400.00 fee in lieu of this service time. This fee must be paid by August 29, 2025 for families who choose to pay the fee. Any unearned hours will be billed at $40/hour in the spring.

Withdrawal Policy: Enrollment at Newberry Academy is a contract that requires a financial commitment for the entire school year regardless of attendance or withdrawal, unless prior arrangements have been made with the Head of School. All tuition and fees must be paid in full according to the financial schedule before student records may be released.
Registration fees are $300.00 per student. For those with account information on file, this fee can be drafted from your account at this time. If you do not have account information on file, your registration fee is due at this time via check/cash to the main office. Applications are not processed until this fee has been received.*

2K-5K Families Only- There is a one time snack fee of $75 for 2K-5K students. Please indicate payment preference below.
5th-12th Grade Families Only- Off Campus Education is an important part of Middle and Upper School student experience. During these years, Newberry Academy offers several enriching and engaging field trip opportunities, to include overnight trips, which help bring curriculum and learning to life in the real world while enhancing student engagement. These trips will be accompanied by Newberry Academy administration and/or staff, with a possible limited amount of space for parent/guardian chaperones. Total cost of these field trips will be kept as reasonable as possible, with several months advance notice of overnight trips to allow payment installments. *

I understand that all families are required to donate a minimum of 10 hours of volunteer time during each school year or pay a $400 fee to our Parent's Council Program. Our Parent's Council Program is a parent organization that works to support and strengthen the mission of our school community. We ask if you know that you would like to pay the fee up front, that your fee be paid in full by August 29th, 2025. Partially unearned hours will be prorated and billed at the end of the school year and charged with your final tuition payment. More information about our Parent's Council Program and how to get involved may be found on our website under Programs.*

I authorize Newberry Academy to draft (or invoice if on monthly bill plan/Pay in Full plan) any outstanding unpaid fees at the end of each semester. This includes, but is not limited to, any outstanding lunch, athletic, library, parents council, tardy, and after school fees.*
