• Online application forms will only be accepted on or before Friday 18th of October, 5pm.
• No late entries accepted.
• Entry is free.
• There is a limit of 3 artworks per artist.
• All images must be high resolution (minimum 1MB)
• Video entries must be submitted by adding a link to your work in a Word or PDF document. Upload your Word/PDF document containing your video link in the 'Upload Work' section.
• All works in your application form must be delivered to Solstice on Saturday 2nd of November between 11am - 4pm for adjudication by an external curator.
• Artworks will only be accepted if labeled clearly and correctly with the entrant's name, work title, dimensions in centimetres, medium, price, year of completion and price if for sale. An arrow indicating correct view point should also be visible if needed.
• A commission of 20% will be payable to Solstice on all sales. Please ensure to include this in your online application form when submitting price and labelling your work.
• Applicants will be notified of the external curator's decision by email, before Saturday 9th November.
• Unsuccessful artworks must be collected from Solstice on Saturday 9th of November between 11am - 4pm.
• Solstice is delighted to announce independent curator Dawn Williams will select the works for Surveyor 2024.
• Solstice Visual Arts Award of €2,000 will be awarded for a work of distinction in any medium.
• Exhibition will open Saturday, 16 November at 2:30 pm. All welcome.
